Masons Meat's Beef Sticks & chorizo fried eggs

This is one of my all-time favourite breakfasts.

A bit of spice from the Beef Sticks and chorizo, some incredible organic eggs, and a dollop of Kimchi, which I love.

Serves 1.

What you will need

•  2 Eggs
•  1 Beef Stick, skin removed, chopped into small pieces
•  40 grams of Chorizo sausage, cut into similar pieces as the Beef Stick
•  A splash of olive oil
•  Your favourite frying pan
•  Salt and pepper to taste
•  A good dollop of fresh kimchi or sauerkraut

Method

1.  Heat your pan until nice and hot, add olive oil and then add the chopped sausages.

2.  Fry until the oil from the chorizo has leached out and then add the eggs and fry gently

3.  Cook until just cooked and do not overcook the yolks, as they lose a lot of their nutritional properties if cooked until hard!

4.  Season now with salt and pepper, you can add chilli flakes to or bonito flakes too.

5.  Serve with a large dollop of kimchi.

There you have the most perfect, high protein, delicious breakfast.
