How are Beef Sticks different from your jerky?

All our jerky and steak crisps are dehydrated until crisp. Beef Sticks are made differently: they’re air-dried, salami-style, so the texture is firmer and chewier with a deeper cured flavour – but still only beef and salt.

How long do they last once opened? Do I need to refrigerate them?

Once opened, Beef Sticks should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 2 days for the best quality.

How many sticks in the bag?

Our Beef Sticks are made from British and Irish grass-fed beef and pure Halen Môn sea salt, in a natural beef collagen casing. No sugar, no additives, no preservatives – just beef and salt, same as our jerky.

Like our jerky, each 100g of meat sticks begins with around 300g of fresh beef, slowly concentrated down into a protein-dense, no-nonsense snack that’s easy to enjoy on the go.
