The Mason's Meats formula applied to a beef stick made the traditional way. Grass-fed British and Irish beef, Halen Môn sea salt from Anglesey. That is it. Crafted from premium cuts including sirloin, ribeye, and rump, then enriched with Wagyu fat for depth and richness. Hand-packed into a natural beef collagen casing, which we remove before packing, using techniques European charcuterie masters have refined for centuries. What remains is firm, dense, and deeply savoury. A satisfying, salami-style bite with a clean, honest beef flavour.
