How are Beef Sticks different from your jerky?

All our jerky and steak crisps are dehydrated until crisp. Beef Sticks are made differently: they’re air-dried slowly, salami-style, in a collagen beef casing which we remove before packing. The texture firms, the flavour deepens into something richer and more cured.

How long do they last once opened? Do I need to refrigerate them?

Sealed: Up to 9 months (perfect for stocking up).
Opened: For the best flavor and texture, we recommend consuming within 2-3 days.
Storage: No fridge needed! Just keep it in a cool, dry place.

Does it need to be refrigerated?

No. The beef stick is shelf-stable and doesn't need refrigeration. Store it somewhere cool and dry. Shelf life is 9 months from production, though we'd bet it won't last a week once you open it.

What are Beef Sticks made from?

Our Beef Sticks are made from British and Irish grass-fed beef and pure Halen Môn sea salt, in a natural beef collagen casing which we remove before packing. No sugar, no additives, no preservatives, just beef and salt, same as our jerky.
