We currently ship to the UK, Northern Island, UAE, Hong Kong and Australia direct from our production facility. Please note that we have a minimum order of six items for shipments outside the UK and NI.

Each 100g pack starts with ~300g of raw beef. The meat is hand-trimmed, salted, and dehydrated in small batches using a traditional low-and-slow method. Not air-dried, not mass-produced, just pure craft.

We do not source Halal beef for our normal product range, the only exception is for our specific Halal Beef Brisket Jerky, where the grass fed beef we sourced is certified Halal.

• Distribution - Mason’s Meats is proudly committed to a direct-to-consumer model. As such, we are not seeking distribution partnerships at this time.

We offer the follwing shipping options within the UK:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Our standard shipping service.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Next Day - Available as an upgrade at checkout.

Orders placed before 5.00pm are dispatched the same working day.

European Union (EU) & Switzerland

Orders to EU countries and Switzerland are dispatched from our warehouse in Poland.

• Orders up to 1kg are shipped via DHL Premium, with delivery in approximately 2 - 10 business days.

• Orders over 1kg are shipped via GLS and DHL, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please note:

• No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the European Union.

• Customs duties may apply to shipments sent to Switzerland.

Our standard shipping fee of £11.50 applies, unless upgrades to Premium Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked with delivery in up to 11 business days, or UPS/Fedex for Premium delivery in 2-4 days.

Local customs duties and import taxes may apply. Final delivery will be completed by a local delivery partner.
