The reason a good steak tastes like a good steak isn't just the cut, it's the marbling. Wagyu fat has a lower melting point than standard beef fat, which means it distributes differently, coats differently, and tastes different.

We blend it in deliberately. Not as a shortcut, as an ingredient. The richness you get in every bite isn't accidental. It's the Wagyu fat doing what Wagyu fat does.

The Salt Is Halen Môn.

Not Table Salt.

Halen Môn is harvested by hand from the Menai Strait in Anglesey, Wales.

It's used by Michelin-starred chefs and holds a Protected Designation of Origin.
