Where do you ship Mason's Meats?
We currently ship to the UK, Northern Island, UAE, Hong Kong and Australia direct from our production facility. Please note that we have a minimum order of six items for shipments outside the UK and NI.
How are Mason’s Meats products made?
Using only grass-fed beef and Anglesey sea salt from Halen Môn and manufactured in Eridge, East Sussex.

Is Mason’s Meats ‘Proper Beef Brisket’ gluten free?
Yes.
Are your products Halal certified?
We do not source Halal beef for our normal product range, the only exception is for our specific Halal Beef Brisket Jerky, where the grass fed beef we sourced is certified Halal.
How can i work with you?
Distribution - Mason’s Meats is proudly committed to a direct-to-consumer model. As such, we are not seeking distribution partnerships at this time.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Our standard shipping service.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Next Day - Available as an upgrade at checkout.
Orders placed before 5.00pm are dispatched the same working day.

European Union (EU) & Switzerland
Orders to EU countries and Switzerland are dispatched from our warehouse in Poland.
Orders up to 1kg are shipped via DHL Premium, with delivery in approximately 2 - 10 business days.
Orders over 1kg are shipped via GLS and DHL, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination.
Please note:
No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the European Union.
Customs duties may apply to shipments sent to Switzerland.
